Michal Strnad received his secondary education culminating in a final examination at Anglické gymnázium, Střední odborná škola a Vyšší odborná škola, s.r.o. (English Preparatory School, Secondary Vocational School and Higher Vocational School, LLC).

From 2010 to 2013, he was assistant in the business and project department of EXCALIBUR ARMY spol. s r.o. In 2014, he performed the same activity in CSGM a.s. From 2014 to 2015, he worked at CSGM a.s. as an assistant project manager.

In addition to serving on the CSG Group Board of Directors, Michal Strnad held the position of CEO of the CSGM a.s. service company until 2019.

    Ing. David Chour received his higher education at the University of Pardubice, Faculty of Economics and Administration.

    For twenty years, he worked in the financial group Profireal Group, where he held the position of CEO since 2003 and was also Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2007. Under his leadership, the Czech entity has become a global player, successfully expanding into markets in a number of European countries. In August 2020, he took up the position of Chief Financial Officer of CZECHOSLOVAK GROUP and in September became Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of CSG Holding. In addition to managing financial flows at CSG level, he plays an important coordinating role alongside the CFOs of the individual companies of the Group, which already totals more than 100 companies. His duties also include strategic development projects.
     

Petr Formánek

    Ing. Petr Formánek worked in banks between 1988 and 2001 in various financial markets positions, including as a member of the Board of Directors in the Czech Republic and Canada. From 2001 to 2005, in a joint venture with the Finance Division of General Motors, he was involved in the management of distressed asset portfolios. From 2005 to 2016, as a member of the Board of Directors of Patria Corporate Finance, he was responsible for a number of public and private capital market projects in the Czech Republic and abroad. Petr Formánek has been responsible for corporate finance at CSG since 2016.

    Mgr. Ladislav Štorek received his higher education at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague.

    After graduation, he started working as an associate and attorney at the American law firm Altheimer & Gray, which later merged with SALANS and then Dentons. In 2002, he became a partner of the firm, and since 2008 he has been the head of its Prague office for 10 years, and for several years also its Bratislava office. For several years he was a member of the firm's European bodies. Ladislav Štorek is a member of the Czech and Slovak Bar Associations.
     
    At CSG, Ladislav Štorek provides strategic advice to the top management and shareholders as General Counsel, oversees the operation of the legal department and all major legal matters of the holding company.
David Štěpán

    Ing. David Štěpán received his higher education at the Faculty of Economics – Technical University of Ostrava. 

    After graduating, he worked for 8 years for the international audit and consulting firm KPMG. From 2007 to 2009, he worked for KPMG in Australia in the audit department. In 2010, he joined Central European Media Enterprises (CME) as Director of Accounting and Reporting. Within CME, David worked for one year on a restructuring project in Romania and for 3 years as CFO of the largest commercial television station in Bulgaria. After returning from Bulgaria, he founded his own consulting firm in 2020, with which he participated in the restructuring project of Đuro Đaković in Croatia. Prior to accepting the position of CSG's Chief Investment Officer, David assisted with the revitalisation of the Slovak MSM Group (part of CSG). 
    After leaving his own consultancy firm, David is now fully committed to discovering new international opportunities and integrating them into CSG.
